GLP投資法人が、「GLP奈良」を売却する。 売却する物件、大和郡山市にある、1969年竣工の物流施設。現状100％稼働しているが、将来的な修繕費の増加やリーシングリスクを考慮し、売却を決定した。売却額は25.06億円。 これに伴い売却益594百万円が第26期（2025年2月期）に計上されるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
