GLP投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。本投資法人の自己投資口の取得は初めて。 現在の投資口価格が割安な水準であることから、1口当たり分配金及び1口当たりNAVの向上を目的として、自己投資口の取得を行う。 取得する投資口数は上限27,600口（発行済投資口数の0.56％）。取得総額は上限40億円。取得した投資口は2024年2月末までに消却する予定。
