GLP投資法人（GLP）が、優先出資証券を取得する。対象となる不動産は、保有物件である「GLP習志野Ⅱ」の再開発物件。既存物件の今後の収益低下を懸念し、再開発を行うことを決定した。財務面への影響を考慮し、自ら再開発を行わず、既存建物を特定目的会社に売却し、特定目的会社が再開発事業を行う。GLPは特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得し、併せて本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。 優先出資証券の取得額は1,270百万円（上限）、7回に分割して取得する予定。建物の竣工は2026年12月予定、土地を含めた取得額は152.2億円と試算する。 一方、「GLP盛岡」を売却することを発表した。ポートフォリオの質向上を図るとともに、物件売却益を投資主へ還元することを目的として売却を決定した。売却額は7.49億円。簿価との差額は78百万円。本物件売却による業績予想の修正はなし。
