GLP投資法人が、「GLP江別」を売却する。 物件は、北海道江別市に保有する、2009年竣工の物流施設。2013年に取得した。テナント1社、100％稼働であるが、物件の規模や立地、スペック、契約状況を総合的に勘案し、鑑定価格を40％上回る価格で売却を決定した。売却額は35.3億円。 これに伴い第23期（2023年8月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益2,173百万円計上により、5月に公表した業績予想に対し17％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,199円となる見通し。
