GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。 発行口数は209,991口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は3,200口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.5％増の4,925,331口となる予定。 調達額は306億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、「GLP ALFALINK相模原4」等、物流施設4物件、取得額は計582.3億円。これにより取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は6.9％増の8,969億円となる。 これらに伴い業績予想を修正。第23期（2023年8月期）は、新規4物件の収益が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し3.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％の継続的利益超過分配に一時的利益超過分配を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,792円と1.5％増となる見通し。 第24期（2024年2月期）は、新規物件の通期稼働により、前回予想比7.9％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％の継続的利益超過分配に一時的利益超過分配を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,714円と前回予想比2.8％増となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は44.3％程度を想定する。
