GLP投資法人が、第22期（2023年2月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「GLP常総」等6物件を取得する一方、「GLP深谷」を売却した。新規物件や賃料増額改定に伴う賃貸収益の増加や物件売却益の増加が寄与し、経常利益は前期比10％増となったが、火災保険金収入が減少したため、当期利益は20％減。投資口数が4.9％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は3.9％増加。減価償却費の37.7％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,134円と前期比2.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは89物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は8,386億円、有利子負債比率は44.1％。 第23期（2023年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比12.6％減益を見込む。また利益超過分配を減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,751円と前期比12.2％減となる見通し。 第24期（2024年2月期）は、稼働率の低下や、季節要因に伴う太陽光発電収入の減少により、前期予想比4.6％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,639円となる見通し。
