GLP投資法人が、業績予想を修正した。 2021年11月、大阪市此花区に保有する「GLP舞洲Ⅱ」で火災が発生。これにより第20期（2022年2月期）は、建物滅失として4,417百万円を特別損失に計上する。一方、火災保険及び利益保険が計上されるまで、損失は税務上損金算入されない。このため税会不一致を回避するために、一時差異等調整引当額4,414百万円を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,141円となる見通し。 第21期（2022年8月期）は、火災保険金収入として4,800百万円を特別利益に計上する。第20期に計上した一時差異等調整引当額4,414百万円の戻入れを行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,017円となる見通し。
