GLP投資法人が、GLP福崎を売却する。 売却する物件は、兵庫県神崎郡にある、2004年竣工、2階建の物流施設。売却額は64.5億円と直近期の鑑定価格を31％上回る。これにより得られる売却益3,024百万円は全額分配する。分配金への影響を考慮し、2期に分割して売却する。 これに伴い第20期（2022年2月期）及び第21期（2022年8月期）業績予想を修正。第20期は、物件売却益1,511百万円計上により、10月に公表した業績予想に対し13.1％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,069円となる見通し。 第21期は、物件売却益1,512百万円計上により、前回予想比12.1％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,995円となる見通し。 なお、11月29日に発生したGLP舞洲Ⅱの火災に関しては、被害状況の把握や保険の補償範囲の確定に時間を要するため、業績予想には織り込んでいない。
