GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は3期連続となる。 発行口数は142,513口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,192口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3.4％増の4,490,369口となる予定。 調達額は260億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、「GLP座間」等、物流施設4物件、取得額は計493億円。 これにより取得後の資産規模は6.7％増の7,880億円となる。 これらに伴い業績予想を修正。 第19期（2021年8月期）は、上記4物件の取得により、5月に公表した業績予想に対し、1.9％増益を見込む。投資口数の増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は1.4％減となるが、利益超過分配金を一時的に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,035円と3.0％増となる見通し。 第20期（2022年2月期）は、売却済のGLP桶川の賃貸収益がなくなる一方、上記4物件の通期稼働により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し7.2％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,747円と3.3％増となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は、第19期末及び第20期末ともに44.2％程度と、第18期（2021年2月期）末の44.4％から低下する見込み。
