GLP投資法人が、保有物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、埼玉県桶川市に保有する、1993年竣工の物流施設。売却額は35.8億円、売却先はSMFLみらいパートナーズ。 鑑定価格を15％上回る売却額で、売却益1,188百万円を得ることが出来る点から、売却を決定した。 これに伴い第19期（2021年8月期）業績予想を修正。本物件の売却益1,188百万円計上により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し10.4％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,946円と9.2％増となる見通し。 なお、第20期（2022年2月期）業績予想は修正なし。
