GLP投資法人が、第18期（2021年2月期）決算を発表した。 第18期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP横浜」等、物流施設7物件を取得する一方、「GLP廿日市」を売却した。これによる賃貸収益、既存物件の賃料増額、物件売却益1,079百万円が寄与し、前期比12.6％増益。投資口数が9.1％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は3.2％増。増資等の影響による一時的な減配に対応して利益超過分配金を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,989円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは83物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は7,411億円、有利子負債比率は44.4％。 第19期（2021年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比5.1％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,697円となる見通し。 第20期（2022年2月期）は、太陽光発電の季節変動により、前期予想比0.7％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,659円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第19期末に44.5％、第20期末に44.6％を想定する。
