GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続だが、国内募集は2年ぶりとなる。 発行口数は345,346口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は15,338口。これにより発行後の投資口数は9.1％増の4,343,664口となる予定。 調達額は536億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は「GLP横浜」の60％持分等、物流施設7物件、取得額は計982億円。取得後の資産規模は15％増の7,411億円となる。 これに伴い業績予想を修正。 第18期（2021年2月期）は、上記7物件の収益が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し5.9％増益を見込む。投資口数の増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は2.9％減となるが、一時的に利益超過分配を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,945円と2％増となる見通し。 第19期（2021年8月期）は、上記5物件の通期稼働により、前回予想比13.5％増益を見込む。1口当たり利益分配金は前回予想比4％増となり、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,691円と3.7％増となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は、第18期末44.4％、第19期44.5％と、第17期末の44.4％から変わらない見込み。
