GLP投資法人が、第17期（2020年8月期）決算を発表した。 第17期は、期中に海外募集のみの投資口追加発行を行い、「GLP横浜」等4物件を取得する一方、「GLP西神」を売却した。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益492百万円が寄与し、前期比9.2％増益。投資口数が3.9％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は5.1％増となった。更に増資による1口当たり分配金の減少分として一時的に利益超過分配を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,831円と前期比8.5％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは78物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,448億円、有利子負債比率は44.4％。 第18期（2021年2月期）は、「GLP廿日市」を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び物件売却益1,078百万円が寄与し、前期比6.9％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,887円となる見通し。 第19期（2021年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比11.3％減益を想定し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,594円となる見通し。 スポンサーのパイプラインを活用した外部成長、物件売却による含み益の還元、賃料ギャップを活用した賃料増額の実現により、引き続き高い成長を目指す。
