GLP投資法人が、第16期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第16期における物件取得はなし。金融費用や資産運用報酬が減少する一方、前期の物件売却益の反動減、太陽光発電設備の季節変動による収入減により、前期比7.7％減益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,609円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは75物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,079億円、有利子負債比率は44.6％。 第17期（2020年8月期）は、金融費用や資産運用報酬が増加するが、太陽光発電収入の増加等により、前期比0.7％増益見込む。減価償却費の30％総額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,624円となる見通し。 第18期（2021年2月期）は、太陽光発電収入の減少により、前期予想比2.2％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,571円となる見通し。 引き続き物流施設の需要は旺盛であり、賃料上昇率は3～4％程度を見込む。
