GLP投資法人が、第14期（2019年2月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP大阪」等8物件を取得。太陽光発電設備が季節変動により減収となるが、新規物件の収益及び台風被害による保険金収入により、前期比13.9％増益。減価償却費の30％相当を利益超過分配とし、投資口数が12.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,657円と、前期を0.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは76物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,094億円、有利子負債比率は44.9％。 第15期（2019年8月期）は「GLP福岡」を売却。固都税の増加、リファイナンス前倒しに伴う金利スワップ解約精算金が発生するが、太陽光発電設備収入の増加、GLP福岡の売却益784百万円が寄与し、前期比4.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,764円と、前期を4％上回る見通し。 第16期（2020年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや季節変動により、前期予想比9.2％減益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,538円と、前期予想を8.2％下回る見通し。
