GLP投資法人が、GLP福岡を売却する。 売却する物件は、博多市街地より南東へ3キロ、福岡都市高速月隈IC近くに位置する、1988年竣工の物流施設。売却額が23億円と、直近の鑑定価格を20％超上回る水準で売却できる点や、売却代金を期限前弁済や新たな物件取得に活用することを目的に売却を決定した。 これに伴い第15期（2019年8月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益784百万円計上により、2018年10月に公表した業績予想に対し8％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,764円と7％上回る見通し。
