GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。 発行口数は411,013口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は19,726口。これにより発行後の投資口数は12.7％増の3,833,420口となる予定。 調達額は約478億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「GLP大阪」等、物流施設8物件、取得額は計848.5億円。 取得後のポートフォリオの規模は16.2％増の6,094億円となる。 これらに伴い、第14期（2019年2月期）業績予想を修正。新規8物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し17.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,599円と前回予想を3.7％上回る見通し。 併せて第15期（2019年8月期）業績予想を発表。保有物件に付属する太陽光発電設備の変動賃料が寄与する一方、固都税の増加により、前期予想比1.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,567円と前期予想を1.2％下回る見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第14期末に44.4％、第15期末に44.3％を見込む。
