GLP投資法人が、第12期（平成30年2月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は「GLP野田吉春」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、賃貸収益の増加、支払利息及び融資手数料の減少により、当期純利益は前期と同水準、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,540円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは62物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,425億円、有利子負債比率は48.4％。 またスポンサーであるGLPグループは、1月にシンガポール証券所への上場を廃止し、中国の投資会社の傘下となった。 第13期（平成30年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP舞洲Ⅰ」等物流施設6物件、付属する太陽光発電設備13件を取得し、資産規模を5,246億円に拡大。 これにより前期比21.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が19.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,583円と前期を1.7％上回る見通し。有利子負債比率は45.1％を想定。 第14期（平成31年2月期）は、太陽光発電設備の季節変動等により、前期予想比3.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,506円となる見通し。有利子負債比率は44.6％を想定。 なお、実質的なスポンサーが変更後もサポート体制は変わらず、年平均600億円強の物件取得を継続していく予定。
