GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年半ぶり。 発行口数は544,484口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は19,681口。これにより発行後の投資口数は19.8％増の3,417,243口となる。 調達額は671億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、「GLP岡山総社Ⅰ」等物流施設2物件と、保有物件13物件に付属する太陽光発電設備。更に昨年8月に取得の契約を締結した「GLP浦安」等物流施設4物件。19物件の取得額は計820億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は18.5％増の5,246億円となる。 これらに伴い、第13期（平成30年8月期）業績予想を修正。新規19物件の収益が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し24.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,580円と3.5％上回る見通し。 併せて第14期（平成31年2月期）業績予想を発表。太陽光発電設備の季節変動等により、前期予想比3.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,503円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第13期末43.5％、第14期末42.9％を想定し、第11期（平成29年8月期）の48％より低下する見通し。
