GLP投資法人が第11期（平成29年8月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は「GLP辰巳Ⅱb」「GLP成田Ⅱ」を売却。固定資産税の増加や、金利スワップ清算金等152百万円が発生する一方、既存物件の増収や、売却した2物件の売却益324百万円が寄与し、前期比1.5％増益。減価償却費の30％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,542円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは61物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,380億円、有利子負債比率は48.0％。 第12期（平成30年2月期）は「GLP野田吉春」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により、前期比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,495円と前期を1.8％下回る見通し。 第13期（平成30年8月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は、2,492円となる見通し。 なお、シンガポール証券取引所に上場するスポンサーのGLP（グローバル・ロジスティック・プロパティーズ・リミテッド）は現在非上場提案を受けているが、非上場となった場合も、GLP投資法人への物件売却は継続する意志を示している。
