GLP投資法人が、保有する物流施設2物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、江東区辰巳及び千葉県芝山町に位置する物流施設。2物件の売却額は計50.7億円。簿価との差額は343百万円となり、売却益313百万円を見込む。併せて、売却代金を長期借入金50億円の期限前返済に充当する。 これにより第11期（平成29年8月期）は、売却益を計上する一方、金利スワップ解約に伴う清算金及び融資手数料一括償却費計157百万円の発生により、業績予想の修正はなし。 一方、期限前返済に伴い、第12期（平成30年2月期）以降毎期17百万円の金利コスト削減を見込む。
