GLP投資法人が、第10期（平成29年2月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP厚木Ⅱ」等、物流施設5物件を取得。これにより前期比19.9％増益。投資口数が10％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,511円と、前期を8.2％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは63物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,428億円、有利子負債比率は48.7％。 第11期（平成29年8月期）は、稼働率の上昇や賃料増額改定が寄与する一方、固都税の増加により、前期比2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,467円と前期を1.8％下回る見通し。 第12期（平成30年2月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も2,467円となる見通し。
