GLP投資法人が、第9期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。第9期の物件取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったことや固都税の増加により、前期比2.0％減益。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,321円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは58物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,846億円、有利子負債比率は48.7％。 第10期（平成29年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP厚木Ⅱ」等5物件を取得。これにより前期比18.1％増益を見込み、投資口数が10％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,479円と前期を6.8％上回る見通し。 続く第11期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,443円となる見通し。
