GLP投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は247,507口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は11,787口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10％増の2,853,078口となる予定。調達額は297億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「GLP厚木Ⅱ」等物流施設4棟。4棟の取得額は計427億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は、9月に取得する「GLP・MFLP市川塩浜」を含めて15％増の4,428億円となる。 これらに伴い、第10期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を修正。上記5棟の収益が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し17.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,449円と6％上回る見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は48.8％を見込む。 併せて第11期（平成29年8月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1％増収を見込むが、固都税の増加により1.2％減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金）は2,425円となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は48.4％を見込む。
