GLP投資法人が、第8期（平成28年2月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP新木場」等物流施設6棟を取得する一方、「GLP筑紫野」等2棟を売却。賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益80百万円により、前期比15.3％増益。投資口数が8.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,367円と、前期を5.7％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは58物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,846億円、有利子負債比率は49.0％。第9期（平成28年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや平成27年に取得した物件の固都税等により、前期比2.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,307円となる見通し。続く第10期（平成29年2月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,310円となる見通し。2016年から2017年に掛けて特に関西圏で物流施設が大量供給される予定だが、運用会社によれば、需要は堅調でありポートフォリオに与える影響は軽微との見通し。
