GLP投資法人が、第7期（平成27年8月期）決算を発表した。第7期は「GLP神戸西」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するが、固都税の増加等により、前期比1.0％減益。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,240円と前期を0.7％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは54棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,460億円、有利子負債比率は50.0％。第8期（平成28年2月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP新木場」を含む物流施設5棟を取得。これにより前期比13.2％増益を見込む。投資口数が8.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,330円と前期を4.0％上回る見通し。続く第9期（平成28年8月期）は、固都税の増加により前期予想比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,288円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第8期末48.9％、第9期末48.5％を見込む。
