GLP投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は197,594口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出7,942口。これにより発行後の投資口数は8.6％増の2,596,267口となる予定。調達額は約230億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「GLP新木場」等の物流施設5棟、取得額は計381億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11％増の3,841億円となる。これらに伴い、第8期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を修正。5月に取得した「GLP神戸」に加え、上記5棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比15.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,327円と前回予想を6.0％上回る見通し。併せて第9期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を発表。増収を見込むが、固都税の増加等により前期予想比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,287円となる見通し。なお、第8期末の有利子負債比率は48.7％、第9期末は48.3％程度を見込む。
