GLP投資法人が、千葉県野田市の物流施設の取得を決定した。物件は千葉県野田市、国道16号線沿いに位置する、平成24年竣工の物流施設。取得価格を調整するため、取得価格及び取得時期に幅を持たせる。実質的な売り主でありテナントであるSBSロジコムより三菱UFJリースグループが一時的に取得し、その後GLP投資法人が、平成28年7月から平成32年7月の間で時期に応じて41.7億円から46.5億円の範囲で減額し、適正な利回りを勘案して取得する。
