GLP投資法人が第6期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「GLP東京Ⅱ」を含む物流施設9棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比18.2％増益。投資口数が14％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,256円と前期を3.7％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは53棟、資産規模（取得額計）は3,389億円、有利子負債比率は49.1％。第7期（平成27年8月期）は、平成26年に取得した物件の固都税計上により、前期比3.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,195円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成28年2月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）も2,195円となる見通し。
