GLP投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は281,709口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し11,322口。これにより発行後の投資口数は14％増の2,390,731口となる予定。調達額は約313億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、物流施設9棟、取得額は計538億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19％増の3,389億円となる。これらに伴い第6期（平成27年2月期）業績予想の修正、第7期（平成27年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第6期は、上記9棟の収益が寄与し、前回予想比20％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,241円と4.7％上回る見通し。続く第7期は、前期予想比0.8％増収を見込むが、固都税の増加等により3.9％減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,168円となる見通し。
