GLP投資法人が第3期（平成25年8月期）決算を発表した。第3期における物件取得はなし。業績予想に対し修繕費等が減少したことにより予想比1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,189円となった。第4期（平成26年2月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、9棟取得を発表。これにより前期比13%増益を見込むが、投資口数14%増加により1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,167円と前期を1%下回る見通し。続く第5期（平成26年8月期）は固都税計上を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,066円となる見通し。
