GLP投資法人（GLP）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は249,955口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し10,045口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は14%増の2,097,700口となる予定。調達資金は230億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金の返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、物流施設9棟、取得額は計560億円。これによりGLPの資産規模は25%増の2,773億円となる。これらに伴い第4期（平成26年2月期）業績予想修正及び第5期（平成26年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第4期は、取得予定物件のうち7棟取得により従来予想比15%増益、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,167円と前回予想を僅かに上回る見通し。続く第5期は残り2棟の取得を反映する一方、上場時に取得した物件の固都税計上により、前期予想比6.8%減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は2,066円となる見通し。
