GLP投資法人（GLP）が第2期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。GLPは平成24年12月21日に上場。平成25年1月4日に物流施設30棟を取得、2月1日に3棟を取得した。1月17日に修正した業績予想に対し、上場関連コストが減少したこと等により予想比8.6%増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は531円となった。第3期（平成25年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比285%増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,160円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成26年2月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,162円となる見通し。
