GLP投資法人が物流施設3棟を取得する。3棟は上場時に取得予約契約を締結済であり、それに伴い2月1日に取得する予定。3棟の取得額は計125億円。これによりGLPの資産規模は6%増の2,213億円となる。併せて第2期（平成25年2月期）及び第3期（平成25年8月期）業績予想を修正。第2期は従来予想比7.2%増益、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は492円(＝408円＋84円)、第3期は6%増益、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は2,158円（＝1,898円＋260円）となる見通し。
