GLP投資法人（GLP）が本日東証に上場した。IPOの発行価格60,500円に対し、初値は62,500円と3.3%上回った。GLPはIPOの調達資金1,073億円及び借入金1,079億円により平成25年1月4日に物流施設30棟を取得して運用を開始する予定。これに伴い第2期（平成25年2月期）当期純利益は779百万円を見込む。GLPはJ-REIT初となる出資金の払戻しを毎期継続的に実施することを示しており、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は458円となる見通し。第3期（平成25年8月期）は運用日数が6ヶ月間となることから、当期純利益3,291百万円、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は2,038円となる見通し。また、物流施設3棟を平成25年4月に取得する予約契約を締結しており、取得が行使された場合、第2期当期純利益791百万円、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は464円、第3期当期純利益3,442百万円、利益超過分配を含む1口当たり分配金は2,131円となる見通し。
