GLP投資法人が12月21日に東証上場へ

GLP投資法人が12月21日に東証に上場する（証券コード3281）。投資対象は物流施設。スポンサーであるGLP（グローバル・ロジスティック・プロパティーズ・リミテッド）は、実質筆頭株主がシンガポール政府投資公社であり、2010年にシンガポール証券取引所に上場。子会社を通じて日本及び中国で物流施設を運用している。GLP投資法人の上場時のポートフォリオは国内の物流施設30棟、取得額は計2,087億円。上場時に投資口1,747,100口（うち海外募集642,075口）の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し87,400口を行い、1,100億円を調達する予定。ブックビルディングは12月4日～12月10日、発行価格決定日は12月12日。国内の主幹事証券会社は、野村證券、SMBC日興証券等。
