アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人（API)が、スポンサーである東急不動産グループと物件入替えを行う。 APIが取得する物件は、千代田区霞が関にある、2010年竣工、17階建、東急不動産が開発したオフィスビル「霞ヶ関東急ビル」。取得時点のテナントは23社、稼働率は99.0％。取得額は306億円。 一方、APIが売却する物件は、中央区銀座、数寄屋橋交差点に位置する、東急プラザ銀座の底地（共有持分30％）。売却額は390億円。 本物件入替えによりポートフォリオの収益性の改善を図る。入替え後の6月時点の資産規模は5,461億円となる見込み。 本物件売却に伴い売却益が発生するが、一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
