アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人（API）が、大阪に保有する商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、心斎橋筋北商店街アーケードに面する、2008年竣工の都市型商業施設。APIは2017年に取得した。取得来100％の安定稼働を維持しているが、利回りが低い点や今後の収益安定性リスクを勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は51億円。簿価との差額は269百万円となり、第22期（2022年11月期）に売却益が発生するが、業績予想は1物件の売却益を織り込み済みであり、修正はなし。
