アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が自己投資口の取得を発表

アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。本投資法人における自己投資口取得は初めて。 取得する投資口数は上限13,000口（発行投資口数の1.58%に相当）、取得総額は上限40億円。 物件入替えによる売却益を活用し分配金安定方針を掲げているが、直近の投資口価格が低下したことにより、NAV倍率が1倍を大きく下回っている。手元資金を活用し自己投資口を取得することで、1口当たり分配金及び1口当たりNAVの向上を図る目的。取得した投資口は全て第21期（2022年5月期）中に消却する予定。 なお、本自己投資口の取得に伴う業績予想への影響は現時点で公表なし。
