アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第18期（2020年11月期）業績予想を修正した。 コロナ禍に伴うテナントの賃料減額が当初想定を下回ることから、7月に公表した業績予想に対し、4.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,450円となる見通し。 なお、第19期（2021年5月期）業績予想については、2021/1/15公表予定の第18期決算にて修正を公表する予定。
