アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第15期（2019年5月期）決算を発表した。 第15期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「東急プラザ銀座」の底地、「キュープラザ原宿」「EDGE心斎橋」を取得する一方、「A-FLAG赤坂」の共有持分50％を売却した。 これによる賃貸収益やオフィスビルの賃料増額、物件売却益341百万円が寄与し、前期比15.4％増益。投資口数が10.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は10,017円と前期比4.5％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは45物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,004億円、有利子負債比率は45.6％。 第16期（2019年11月期）は、「A-FLAG赤坂」の残り持分を売却。固都税や修繕費が増加するが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、ホテル歩合賃料計上、オフィスビルの賃料増額が寄与し、当期純利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,018円となる見通し。 第17期（2020年5月期）は、資産運用報酬や修繕費が減少するが、前期の物件売却益やホテル歩合賃料がなくなるため、前期予想比3.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,700円となる見通し。 オフィスビルの内部成長を軸として、今後2～3年以内に巡航ベースの1口当たり分配金10,000円達成を目指す。
