アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第14期（2018年11月期）決算を発表した。 第14期における物件取得はなし。「A-PLACE新橋駅前」のテナント入替により既存物件が減収となるが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働やホテルの歩合賃料により、前期比1.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,584円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは42物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,314億円、有利子負債比率は44.8％。 第15期（2019年5月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「東急プラザ銀座」の底地等3物件を取得する一方、「A-FLAG赤坂」の共有持分50％を売却する。 これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益338百万円が寄与し、前期比13.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が10.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,878円と前期を3.1％上回る見通し。有利子負債比率は45.7％を想定。 第16期（2019年11月期）は、「A-FLAG赤坂」の共有持分残50％を売却する。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の賃料増額、売却益341百万円が寄与し、前期予想比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,905円となる見通し。
