アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第12期（平成29年11月期）決算を発表した。 第12期における物件取得はなし。固都税や修繕費が増加するも、前期に取得した「A-PLACE品川東」の通期稼働やホテルの歩合賃料が寄与し、前期比1.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,346円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは39物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,079億円、有利子負債比率は46.0％と、前期と変動なし。 第13期（平成30年5月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「デックス東京ビーチ」等3物件（取得額計235億円）を取得。これにより前期比5.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期を0.6％上回る見通し。 第14期（平成30年11月期）は、第13期に取得した3物件及び既存物件の評価替えにより固都税が大幅増加するが、3物件の通期稼働やホテルの歩合賃料が寄与し、前期予想比0.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,410円となる見通し。
