アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は31,090口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,400口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5％増の698,704口となる予定。調達額は約140億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は、港区台場にある「デックス東京ビーチ」等、商業施設3物件、取得額は計235億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は5.8％増の4,314億円となる。 これらに伴い、第13期（平成30年5月期）業績予想を修正。3物件取得による収益が寄与し、7月に公表した業績予想に対し6.6％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と1.5％増加する見通し。 併せて第14期（平成30年11月期）業績予想を発表。3物件の通期稼働等により、前期予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,410円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は、第13期末及び第14期末ともに45％程度を想定。
