アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第10期（平成28年11月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は「梅田ゲートタワー」等3物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加や、オフィスビルの賃料増額改定、ホテルの売上歩合賃料の増加が寄与し、前期比4.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,021円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは35物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,568億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。 第11期（平成29年5月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「汐留ビルディング」等4物件を取得。これにより前期比12.1％増益を見込み、投資口数が10.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,116円と前期を1.1％上回る見通し。 第12期（平成29年11月期）は、修繕費や固都税が増加する一方、ホテルの歩合賃料の増加やオフィスビルの賃料増額改定により、前期予想比0.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,167円となる見通し。有利子負債比率は、第11期末及び第12期末ともに44％程度に低下する見込み。
