アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第9期（平成28年5月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「キュープラザ心斎橋」と「汐留ビルディング（共有持分10％）」を取得。前期の売却益がなくなるが、賃貸収益の増加や修繕費の減少が寄与し、前期比8.5％増益。投資口数が8.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は8,666円と前期を0.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,266億円、有利子負債比率は43.3％。 第10期（平成28年11月期）は「A-PLACE五反田駅前」を取得。既存物件の稼働率上昇や賃料増額改定、ホテルの歩合賃料が寄与し、前期比1.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,810円となる見通し。 続く第11期（平成29年5月期）は、ホテルの歩合賃料が減少する一方、既存物件の稼働率上昇や修繕費の減少等により、前期予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,820円となる見通し。
