アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が、第8期（平成27年11月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、渋谷区のオフィスビル2棟を取得する一方、大阪の郊外型商業施設1棟を売却。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益2億円が寄与し、前期比4.5％増益。投資口2分割により1口当たり分配金は8,642円（分割前換算17,284円）となった。期末のポートフォリオは31棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,929億円、有利子負債比率は44.5％。第9期（平成28年5月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、キュープラザ心斎橋と汐留ビルディング（追加）を取得。前期の売却益がなくなるが、賃貸収益の増加により前期比6.8％増益を見込む。投資口数8.2％増加により、1口当たり分配金は8,529円と前期を1.3％下回る見通し。続く第10期（平成28年11月期）は、前期予想比1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,651円となる見通し。
