アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は41,870口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,520口。これにより発行後の投資口数は8.2％増の599,654口となる予定。調達額は約212億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、大阪心斎橋の商業施設と東京汐留のオフィスビル（共有持分10％追加）。2棟の取得額は計337.5億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11.5％増の3,266億円となる。これらに伴い、第9期（平成28年5月期）業績予想を修正。2棟取得により前回予想比11％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は8,529円と2.6％上回る見通し。併せて第10期（平成28年11月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,651円となる見通し。なお、第9期末及び第10期末の有利子負債比率はともに43％程度となる見込み。
