アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が投資口の分割を発表した。9月末を基準日として10月1日より投資口1口を2口に分割する。これに伴い、第8期（平成27年11月期）及び第9期（平成28年5月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正。投資口数が277,132口から554,264口となり、第8期1口当たり分配金を17,195円から8,597円へ修正、第9期1口当たり分配金を16,625円から8,312円へ修正した。
