アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は24,050口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,020口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10.4％増の277,132口となる予定。調達額は約224億円を見込み、併せて発表した3棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、港区浜松町及び大阪中之島のオフィスビル2棟（うち1棟は追加取得）、相模原の郊外型商業施設1棟。3棟の取得額は計409.7億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は16.9％増の2,826億円となる。これらに伴い第7期（平成27年5月期）業績予想を修正した。3棟の賃貸収入が寄与し、前回予想比13.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は16,246円と前回予想を3％上回る見通し。併せて第8期（平成27年11月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は16,432円となる見通し。なお、第7期末及び第8期末の有利子負債比率は43.7％を見込む。
